Conditions for Obtaining the Certificate

3. Language proficiency: Native Chinese speaker or equivalent to HSKS level 5 or above (for non-native Chinese speakers).
4. Successfully pass all course assessments within the course package during the valid period.

1 Is there a registration deadline?
You can enroll at any time based on your preferred course start date. However, we recommend completing registration at least one week
before the session begins.
2 How long is the course valid for?
The course content remains accessible for 3 years from the date of enrollment.
3 What if I don’t pass the exam?
Each course includes one free retake of the course and one free exam retake.
4 Can I get a refund after the course starts?
Since courses are digital products, refunds are not available after the start date, except under special circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
